Barbera Caffè SpA, based in Palermo, Sicily, Italy, is one of Italy's oldest family coffee roasters, founded in 1870, producing classic Sicilian-style espresso blends, single-origin specialty coffees, and Nespresso-compatible capsules. The roastery uses slow drum roasting with imported Arabica and Robusta beans, blending to recipes refined over five generations. Products are sold to high-end cafes, specialty food importers, and premium supermarkets.
