Die Geschichte unseres Unternehmens ist die Geschichte einer traditionellen italienischen Familie. Es begann 1987 in Bedizzole (BS) im Herzen der ländlichen Gegend von Brescia. Die größten Abenteuer beginnen immer mit einem Akt des Mutes, egal ob klein oder groß. Bei uns handelte es sich eher um eine Geste des Vertrauens gegenüber neuen Lebensmitteltechnologien und insbesondere gegenüber neuen Techniken zum Einfrieren von Lebensmitteln. Im Laufe eines Jahrzehnts entwickelte sich Alcass dank bedeutender Innovationen zu einem echten Kältespezialisten und Pionier in der Branche.
