Fasilitas ini mengolah biji kakao Pantai Gading yang tersertifikasi menjadi kakao massal untuk diekspor ke produsen coklat dan gula-gula di Eropa, sehingga mengurangi ketergantungan pada biji kakao mentah dan mendukung industrialisasi di negara asal.
