System Apquip do klejenia krawędzi i powierzchni czołowych to ciśnieniowy, niecyrkulacyjny system nakładania kleju, który zawiera głowicę wytłaczającą i pneumatyczny zawór kleju. System sterowania zapewnia terminową i bardzo dokładną aplikację kleju z doskonałą powtarzalnością. Mieszalnik, pompa lub zbiornik z licznikiem zapewniają stałe ciśnienie kleju. Pojedynczy czujnik służy do wykrywania przedniej i tylnej krawędzi deski. Po wykryciu płyty zawór kleju otwiera się, umożliwiając przepływ kleju aż do wykrycia tylnej krawędzi. Punkty początkowe i końcowe można dokładnie dostosować, aby spełnić indywidualne wymagania każdego klienta.
