Acetum S.p.A. is one of Italy's largest and most recognized producers of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, headquartered in Cavezzo, Modena. The company operates multiple production facilities with among the highest volumes of balsamic vinegar produced in the Modena consortium.
