RAWOPLAST GmbH, 18 Eylül 2009'da Janett Rasztovits tarafından kuruldu. 2009 ve 2010 yılları, yakında kurulacak preform üretim tesisinin planlama ve hazırlık çalışmaları için kullanıldı. 2011 yılının ilk üç çeyreğinde yeni üretim binası için gerekli finansman ve onay planlaması yapıldı. Kasım 2011'de üretim binasının inşaatının ilk temeli atıldı. Aynı zamanda Husky'den PET preform üretimi için iki yeni sistem sipariş edildi. Yaklaşık 2,1 milyon euro yatırım yapıldı
