نبذة
Amouage was founded in 1983 by Prince Sayyid Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi as a vehicle to present Oman's frankincense heritage to the world, and is operated by Oman Perfumery LLC under the SABCO Group. The company's Muscat factory can produce approximately 25,000 bottles per week, using Royal Green Hojari frankincense from the UNESCO World Heritage Wadi Dawkah reserve in Dhofar. Amouage fragrances retail for hundreds to nearly USD 2,000 per bottle and are distributed to leading department stores and niche perfumeries in over 40 countries.
