What is established and what is not
No researcher review has been written for this company yet. 7 official records from 3 official sources are on file. 1 other entry is not an official record: our own technical checks and searches, open directory listings, our inferences or the company's own statements. Everything is listed below with its evidence type: each entry confirms only what it literally says; none of them is a review. Nothing here confirms manufacturing, ownership or trading status beyond what each record literally says.
Facts on file, each with its evidence type
- Listed as a distributor on a manufacturer's own site (record type: named-by-manufacturer) [our inference from comparing records, not an official record; status green] A manufacturer names this company as its distributor. effective since 2026-06-27. RIGARDS distributor list
- Street address on file in the state register (record type: registered-address) [official record; status green] The address the company itself gave the register, so post and inspectors reach it there. checked 2026-09-17. https://www.nzbn.govt.nz/mynzbn/nzbndetails/9429034975091/
- Owners named in the company register (record type: ownership-on-record) [official record; status green] Names the company's owners or controllers as the register records them. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- Named directors on file (record type: directors-on-file) [official record; status green] 2 directors on file. The register names the people who run the company, so there is someone answerable if something goes wrong. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- Registry ID checks out with the state register (record type: registry-id-verified) [official record; status green] Helps confirm the company on this page is the same legal entity as in the register. checked 2026-10-13. Companies Register (NZBN bulk data)
- On the company register (record type: registered-since) [official record; status green] On the company register since 2005-02-23. Shows how long the company has been on the state register, which is hard to fake and easy to check. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- Legally registered and still active (record type: registry-active-global) [official record; status green] Indicates the company is not dissolved or winding down. checked 2026-10-13. New Zealand Companies Office (NZBN bulk data)
- Recent annual report filed (record type: annual-return-no-accounts) [official record; status green] The company filed its annual return on time, so the register still sees an entity that meets its obligations. The annual return confirms company details, not accounts: companies of this size do not have to publish financial statements, so no figures are expected. checked 2026-10-13.
