Semperit AG is an Austrian rubber and plastics manufacturer founded in 1824, listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. The company produces conveyor belts, drive belts, hydraulic and industrial hoses, rubber profiles, and escalator handrails. The Sempermed division manufactures surgical and examination gloves. Operations span Europe, Americas and Asia with approximately 7,000 employees.
