تايال إس بي إيه تم إطلاقها في عام 2013 من قبل مجموعة C&H وTEXALG وMADAR Holding بالشراكة مع مجموعة TAY GROUP التركية للنسيج، وتعمل في المنطقة الصناعية سيدي خطاب في غليزان. تنتج المنشأة المتكاملة بالكامل 36 ألف طن من الخيوط، و50 مليون متر من الأقمشة المنسوجة (الدنيم وغير الدينيم)، و5000 طن من الأقمشة المحبوكة، وما يصل إلى 30 مليون قطعة ملابس جاهزة للارتداء سنويًا، مما يجعلها أكبر شركة مصنعة للمنسوجات في أفريقيا في موقع واحد. تقوم الشركة بتزويد المشترين الذين يعملون في مجال التجارة بين الشركات في أوروبا والمغرب العربي بالأقمشة والملابس الجاهزة.
