Uganda is one of the world's top three vanilla-producing countries. Uganda Vanilla exports certified organic and Fairtrade cured vanilla beans and vanilla extract to European chocolate makers, flavour houses and food manufacturers. Direct sourcing from smallholder farmers in West Nile and Central Uganda underpins strong traceability.
