What is established and what is not
No researcher review has been written for this company yet. 4 official records from 4 official sources are on file. 1 other entry is not an official record: our own technical checks and searches, open directory listings, our inferences or the company's own statements. Everything is listed below with its evidence type: each entry confirms only what it literally says; none of them is a review. Nothing here confirms manufacturing, ownership or trading status beyond what each record literally says.
Facts on file, each with its evidence type
- Street address on file in the state register (record type: registered-address) [official record; status green] Registered address: Dalkarbyvägen 6, 22100 Mariehamn. The address the company itself gave the register, so post and inspectors reach it there. checked 2026-08-14. Finnish Patent and Registration Office, Trade Register (PRH/YTJ open data)
- Legal entity ID lapsed (record type: lei-lapsed-by-name) [our own observation, not an official record; status amber] A search of the GLEIF register by company name found an identifier under this name that was not renewed. The match is by name only, so it may belong to another legal entity. checked 2026-07-17. GLEIF
- Legally registered and still active (record type: registry-active-global) [official record; status green] Indicates the company is not dissolved or winding down. checked 2026-07-17. Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH)
- Active taxpayer registration (record type: tax-filing-active) [official record; status green] Registered as an active taxpayer. checked 2026-09-18. Finnish Tax Administration, public corporate tax data 2024 (Verohallinto)
- EU VAT number valid for cross-border trade (record type: vat-valid) [official record; status green] The number is registered and active: we asked the EU VIES service and it answered yes. An invalid VAT number is the first sign an invoice comes from the wrong company. checked 2026-07-31. VIES (European Commission)

Before a first order, ask whose products they sell and on what basis: a distribution agreement or the manufacturer's authorisation.
