Spikkeland Viltslakteri ble startet i 2000 og er en familiebedrift. Bedriften er godkjent av Mattilsynet og vi har det ovale stempelet. Vi ble også nylig med i lokalmat/matmerk. Hovedsesongen vår er fra september tom. desember. I denne perioden slakter og parterer vi ca. 180 elg, 100 hjort, 40 reinsdyr og en del rådyr. En del av kjøttet går tilbake til jegerne men i 2018 hadde vi ca. 8 tonn elgkjøtt, 2 tonn hjortekjøtt og en god del rein og rådyrkjøtt for salg.
