Ayvalık Zeytinyağı produces PDO-eligible Ayvalık extra-virgin olive oil from century-old Ayvalık variety groves on Turkey's northern Aegean coast. The company exports in bulk and retail to premium olive oil distributors, specialty food retailers, and organic food chains in Germany, the UK, Japan, and Scandinavia. It produces both conventional and certified-organic grades. Oils are cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest and filtered to ≤0.3% acidity, consistent with the most stringent EU EVOO quality criteria.
