Founded in 1989 when employees of Chouinard Equipment took over and relocated the business, the company designs and makes carabiners, harnesses, helmets, ice tools, avalanche safety gear, and ski equipment. Products are distributed through a worldwide dealer network of independent outdoor and specialty retailers.
