Cooperativa Café Timor is a wholly Timorese-owned cooperative representing 26,700 smallholder farmer families. Founded in 1994, CCT processes and exports Fairtrade organic arabica coffee to the USA, Australia, New Zealand, China, and Japan, and is diversifying into cocoa, vanilla, and spice exports.
