Cooperativa Guaya'b is a Fairtrade and USDA Organic specialty coffee cooperative in the Huehuetenango highlands, representing 600+ Maya Q'anjob'al smallholder farmers at 1,600–2,000 m elevation. The co-op exports washed, honey, and natural-process green coffee to specialty roasters in the US, Europe, and Japan. Cup scores consistently 84+. Annual harvest: ~450 metric tonnes of green coffee. FOB and C&F pricing available for direct-trade and commercial buyers.
