Dodoni is Epirus's leading dairy cooperative and the producer of Greece's most exported PDO feta cheese. Sheep and goat milk from mountain pastures of the Pindus region is used to produce authentic white brined feta — the gold-standard for Greek cheese importers. Available in 200 g retail blocks, 1 kg vacuum packs, and 16–17 kg pails in brine for foodservice. Dodoni also produces graviera, manouri, and kefalograviera for specialty cheese buyers.
