Cinco Jotas (5J), founded in 1879 in Jabugo, Huelva, produces the highest grade of Iberico de Bellota ham from 100% Iberico breed pigs fed exclusively on acorns in the dehesa oak forests. The ham is aged for 36-48 months in natural drying rooms. Considered Spain's finest jamon, exported to luxury food retailers and restaurants globally.
