Highland Park is the most northerly whisky distillery in Scotland, located in Kirkwall on Orkney. The distillery hand-turns its own peated malt and uses Orkney heather-peat, Spanish sherry oak casks, and coastal warehouse maturation to create a distinctive whisky balancing smoke and sweetness. Exports through Edrington distribution to premium spirits importers in 60+ countries.
