Founded in 1971, our company has established itself as a reference in the production and marketing of products derived from Iberian pork. Located in the prestigious area of Guijuelo, we follow traditional guidelines in the production of our cured meats, maintaining the authentic flavor of Iberian pork. We have a natural drying facility where the curing process is controlled artisanally, taking advantage of the thermal contrasts of the area and regulating the temperature by opening and closing windows, just as it has been done "all our lives".
