IHCAFE is the Honduran Coffee Institute, the national body that regulates, promotes and supports the export of Honduran coffee. Honduras is the largest coffee producer in Central America, and IHCAFE certifies and connects growers with international buyers for specialty Arabica coffees from regions such as Copán, Marcala, and Comayagua.
