Çamaltı Tuzlası is a historic Aegean sea salt producer operating one of Turkey's largest and oldest salt pans at Çamaltı on İzmir Bay. The facility produces unrefined sea salt, coarse culinary sea salt, fleur de sel, and iodised table salt. Exports go to food manufacturers, specialty salt importers, and wholesale food distributors in Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK. Production capacity is 200,000 tonnes per annum. Available in consumer 500 g jars and 25 kg industrial sacks. ISO 9001 certified.
