KWV (Ko-operatiewe Wijnbouwers Vereniging) was founded in 1918 and is today one of South Africa's largest wine and spirits producers, drawing on grapes from more than 50 farms and 400 vineyard sites across the Western Cape. Its portfolio includes Roodeberg, Cathedral Cellar, The Mentors, KWV Brandy, and Laborie, distributed through local agents in approximately 100 countries. The Paarl production complex is one of the most extensive wine-making facilities in the Southern Hemisphere.
