Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) operates a 3 MTPA petroleum refinery in Golaghat district, Assam, producing LPG, naphtha, petrol, kerosene, diesel, and bitumen. As a majority-owned subsidiary of BPCL (and now OIL/GoA), NRL is expanding to 9 MTPA and supplies Bangladesh via a cross-border pipeline.
