Valcorba Wildlife Park - Center for the protection of threatened species
The times of cages and animals exhibited to satisfy human selfishness are over. Today zoos must be places where science, love of nature and education meet. Since its inauguration, the Valcorba Park has pursued the triple mission of research, conservation and education to respect biodiversity. We are members of UIZA and EAZA, we participate in international conservation programs for endangered species, and we are involved in campaigns to raise visitor awareness of nature protection.
