Pick Szeged is Hungary's most iconic cold-cuts manufacturer, founded by Márk Pick in 1869 after he brought Italian salami-making expertise to Szeged. The company produces close to 45,000 tons of meat products annually, including its internationally renowned Hungarikum-designated Pick Winter Salami. Today part of the Bonafarm Group, it exports to dozens of countries across Europe, America, and Asia.
