Saigon Food Joint Stock Company was founded in 2003 and operates four HACCP and ISO 9001-certified factories covering 24,000 m² in Ho Chi Minh City, producing frozen seafood including sushi-grade salmon, crab, saba fillet, shrimp sushi, and tempura shrimp for Japanese, US, and Australian retail and foodservice buyers. The company was the first Vietnamese manufacturer certified as an AEON Corporation Top Value supplier, and it exports to Japan, the USA, and Australia through long-term buyer relationships. Its product range also includes value-added ready-to-eat convenience formats for Asian and Western foodservice channels.
