Rhum J.M. produces agricultural rum (rhum agricole AOC Martinique) from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Pelée in northern Martinique. The estate produces white, aged, and vintage rhum agricole characterised by complex grassy and tropical fruit aromas, exported to premium spirits importers and rum specialists in France, the US, Germany, and Japan.
