Vathron Shaping The Future more --> PILLARS OF CREATION more --> INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION --> let us introduce ourselves We started in 1925 by our founder Ioannis G. Fragopanagiotis as a small workshop for steel and handrails and now after an incremental course of development we grew into one of the most trust-worthy Greek companies in the field of steel constructions and in the trade of steel products. Our starting point was located at Roitika, a region outside the city of Patras, and in 1982 we moved to the Industrial Area. In 1998 we were renamed to N. Fragopanagiotis S.A. as a clear sign of our progress and finally in 2014 VATHRON was born as a construction management company with main focus the expansion of our aboard activities.

What is established and what is not
No researcher review has been written for this company yet. 5 official records from 4 official sources are on file. Everything is listed below with its evidence type: each entry confirms only what it literally says; none of them is a review. Nothing here confirms manufacturing, ownership or trading status beyond what each record literally says.
Facts on file, each with its evidence type
- EU customs identifier (EORI) active (record type: export-registered-eori) [official record; status green] An EORI number identifies the company to EU customs for imports, exports and transit. A valid number does not show that any shipment took place and is not a licence to export a particular product. checked 2026-07-30. EU EORI validation (European Commission)
- Registry ID checks out with the state register (record type: registry-id-verified) [official record; status green] Helps confirm the company on this page is the same legal entity as in the register. checked 2026-08-15. Greek central business registry (GEMI), open data portal
- registry-activity (record type: registry-activity) [official record; status green] Shows what the state itself says the company does, which you can compare with what it promises you. checked 2026-08-15. Greek central business registry (GEMI), open data portal
- EU VAT number valid for cross-border trade (record type: vat-valid) [official record; status green] The number is registered and active: we asked the EU VIES service and it answered yes. An invalid VAT number is the first sign an invoice comes from the wrong company. checked 2026-08-01. VIES (European Commission)
- Places goods on the market (national producer register) (record type: places-goods-on-market; this record does not by itself establish manufacturing) [official record; status green] A state register lists this company as placing these goods on the market, as their maker or importer. By itself it does not show who makes them. checked 2026-10-15. Registre national des producteurs (ADEME/SYDEREP), France
Relationships
3 relationship(s) on file. Each line names the other party, the relationship as its source records it, and the source. A record of a relationship is not a finding about control beyond what it literally says.
