About the plant “The joint stock company “URAL PLANT “ZENIT”” was created in 1941 on the basis of the “Dvigatel” plant evacuated from Leningrad. During the war, the plant produced special naval weapons and was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War, 1st degree, for its significant contribution to the victory over the enemy. Less than a month after arriving in Uralsk, the plant sent the first batch of weapons to the front. The unique enterprise continued the glorious traditions of the terrible war years. Both in the post-war period and at the present time, JSC Ural Plant Zenit solves the important state tasks facing it at a high level.
