Spikkeland Viltslakteri wurde im Jahr 2000 gegründet und ist ein Familienunternehmen. Das Unternehmen ist von der norwegischen Lebensmittelsicherheitsbehörde zugelassen und wir haben den ovalen Stempel. Vor Kurzem sind wir auch dem lokalen Lebensmittel-/Lebensmittellabel beigetreten. Unsere Hauptsaison ist ab September leer. Dezember. In diesem Zeitraum schlachten und zerlegen wir ca. 180 Elche, 100 Hirsche, 40 Rentiere und einige Rehe. Ein Teil des Fleisches geht zurück an die Jäger, aber im Jahr 2018 hatten wir ca. 8 Tonnen Elchfleisch, 2 Tonnen Wildbret und jede Menge Rentier- und Rehfleisch zum Verkauf.
