Bei AGAMMASUR sind wir eine andalusische Genossenschaft mit über 300 Landwirten, die sich der Zucht einheimischer Ziegen, überwiegend der Rasse Málaga, widmen. Wir wurden 2023 durch den Zusammenschluss von AGASUR und AGAMMA gegründet (beide Genossenschaften verfügen über mehr als 40 Jahre Erfahrung) und festigen unsere Position als Maßstab in der Ziegenmilchproduktion in Spanien. Unsere Ziegenmilchverarbeitungsanlage in Colmenar, Málaga, ist die größte in Andalusien, wo wir Tradition und modernste Technologie kombinieren, um Käse von höchster Qualität herzustellen.
