Qualitätsgarantie seit 1977. Ausgewähltes reines piemontesisches Rindfleisch --> Einführungsvideo ansehen --> Wer wir sind Zwischen 1977 und 1978 beschloss eine Gruppe von Landwirten aus dem Belbo-Tal, eine Genossenschaft zu gründen, die ihr Vieh direkt vermarkten konnte. So wurde CARNI VALLEBELBO geboren. Anfangs gab es siebzehn Mitglieder, allesamt Rinder-, Schweine- und Ziegenzüchter. Ihr Mut war lobenswert, ebenso wie ihre Entschlossenheit von Anfang an. Es war klar, dass der einzige Weg nach vorne darin bestand, sich ausschließlich auf Qualität zu konzentrieren und dabei vorbereitende und konservative Techniken anzuwenden, die in Langa-Familien übernommen wurden.
