Stricken liegt der Familie Cousy im Blut. Seit fünf Generationen werden Strickwaren in der Heimatstadt Zottegem entwickelt und produziert. 1920 gründete Hector Cousy das erste Studio. In den folgenden 100 Jahren traten mehrere Familienmitglieder in seine Fußstapfen. Sohn Louis liefert die ersten elektronisch angetriebenen Maschinen. Sein Sohn André beginnt zusammen mit seiner Frau Lucile mit der Herstellung maßgeschneiderter Strickanzüge und beginnt mit dem Export in die Nachbarländer. Die Brüder Ludo und Wim stellen komplett auf hochwertige Designer-Strickwaren um. Und derzeit führt Tochter Trees das Geschäft weiter.
