Das Leben in einem kleinen, unerschlossenen Dorf, umgeben von Wäldern, Waldpilzen und Früchten war eine sehr wichtige Ressource für meine Familie und andere Dorfbewohner. Inspiriert von der langen Tradition des Sammelns dieses köstlichen und nahrhaften Lebensmittels und der Möglichkeit, es auf unterschiedliche Weise zu verarbeiten, begann ich, wilde Pilze von den Einheimischen zu kaufen und sie weiterzuverkaufen. Kurz darauf begann ich mit einem Team aus mehreren Mitarbeitern und einem eigenen kleinen Kühlschrank mit dem Direktexport von Pilzen und weitete das Geschäft dann auch auf Obst aus.
