Spikkeland Viltslakteri se fundó en el año 2000 y es una empresa familiar. La empresa está aprobada por la Autoridad Noruega de Seguridad Alimentaria y tenemos el sello ovalado. También nos unimos recientemente a la etiqueta local de alimentos/alimentos. Nuestra temporada principal está vacía a partir de septiembre. Diciembre. Durante este período sacrificamos y cortamos aprox. 180 alces, 100 ciervos, 40 renos y algún corzo. Parte de la carne vuelve a los cazadores, pero en 2018 tuvimos aprox. Se venden 8 toneladas de carne de alce, 2 toneladas de carne de venado y mucha carne de reno y corzo.
