Azienda Agrícola Agnanum de Raffaele Moccia
Situada en las colinas volcánicas de la reserva natural de Astroni, en la zona histórica de Campi Flegrei, la empresa agrícola Moccia se dedica apasionadamente a la viticultura desde hace más de cuarenta años. Un preciso plan de recuperación, iniciado en 1960 por el fundador Gennaro Moccia, es llevado a cabo con igual entusiasmo por su hijo Raffaele quien, para seguir de cerca la empresa, abandonó su profesión independiente de agrotécnico, permitiendo explotar plenamente los recursos vitivinícolas de esta zona. Los viñedos de Moccia están situados en las colinas de la reserva natural de Astroni di Agnano, donde la particular pendiente de la colina, con disposición en terrazas, permite únicamente una gestión manual de los mismos, basada en un modelado continuo del suelo, garantizando así el adecuado suministro de agua.
