Nació en 1987 en Bedizzole (BS), en el corazón de la campiña rural de Brescia. Las mayores aventuras siempre comienzan con un acto de valentía, ya sea pequeño o grande. El nuestro fue más bien un gesto de confianza hacia las nuevas tecnologías alimentarias y, en particular, hacia las nuevas técnicas de congelación de alimentos.
