Derivado del diseño original de Partenavia, Vulcanair ha desarrollado continuamente el avión para operadores civiles profesionales. Vendido a agencias gubernamentales, operadores chárter y organizaciones de capacitación de vuelo en Europa, África y América Latina. Las aeronaves están certificadas según EASA Parte-21.
