Nous mettons beaucoup d’efforts pour produire une bière avec une texture et un aspect particuliers. Nos bières ne correspondent pas à la formule bien connue d’eau, de houblon, d’orge et de levure. Au lieu de cela, nous modélisons notre profil de grain en fonction de la sensation en bouche, et nous n'hésitons pas à utiliser des additifs pour rehausser la saveur. Nous passons beaucoup de temps à chaque étape du processus de conception de la bière parfaite ; des ajustements minéraux soigneusement calculés à l'emballage dans le récipient parfait pour la préservation de la saveur.
