Spikkeland Viltslakteri a été créée en 2000 et est une entreprise familiale. L'entreprise est agréée par l'Autorité norvégienne de sécurité des aliments et nous possédons le cachet ovale. Nous avons également récemment rejoint le label alimentaire/alimentaire local. Notre saison principale est vide à partir de septembre. Décembre. Durant cette période, nous abattons et découpons env. 180 élans, 100 cerfs, 40 rennes et quelques chevreuils. Une partie de la viande retourne aux chasseurs, mais en 2018 nous en avions environ 1 000 000. 8 tonnes de viande d'élan, 2 tonnes de venaison et une bonne quantité de viande de renne et de chevreuil à vendre.
