Brasserie artisanale à Great Barrington
Depuis 1995, la brasserie Barrington sert notre propre bière brassée dans une grange et des aliments préparés à partir de zéro. Nous avons été la première brasserie de la côte Est à installer un système de panneaux solaires qui fournit de l'eau chaude chauffée à l'énergie solaire pour les brasseries et les restaurants. Notre cuisine propose des desserts préparés à la main et des ingrédients locaux lorsque cela est possible. Nous proposons des hamburgers nourris à l'herbe et des saucisses locales par l'Alpine Pork Store à Catskill, NY et Nodine's Smokehouse à Goshen, CT. Notre bière aromatise bon nombre de nos plats préparés à partir de zéro, notamment notre soupe Cheddar Ale, nos chilis, notre sauce barbecue, nos vinaigrettes et notre célèbre gâteau au chocolat et à la stout.
