Nous sommes une entreprise familiale lettone avec près de 30 ans d'expérience dans l'agriculture biologique et la transformation des aliments. Notre activité principale est la culture et la transformation de graines de sarrasin, de carvi, de chanvre et de chardon-Marie biologiques, ainsi que d'autres céréales et oléagineux, sur plus de 300 hectares de terres certifiées. En 2018, nous avons construit une installation de transformation certifiée biologique dotée d'équipements modernes de nettoyage, de séchage et de stockage. Cela nous permet de gérer l'ensemble du cycle de production, de la graine au produit final, en garantissant une traçabilité complète, un contrôle qualité strict et la sécurité du produit.
