Weber Haus, fondée en 1948 à Ivoti, Rio Grande do Sul, est l'une des distilleries artisanales de cachaça les plus respectées du Brésil. L'entreprise produit de la cachaça en cuivre en alambic vieillie dans des fûts de bois brésiliens. Exporté aux États-Unis, au Royaume-Uni et en Allemagne pour les bars à cocktails et les détaillants de spiritueux spécialisés.
