CECAB est le plus grand producteur de cacao de Sao Tomé-et-Principe, une coopérative d'associations de petits exploitants exportant du cacao biologique et fabriquant désormais du chocolat dans son usine de Guadalupe, Lobata. Elle regroupe environ 3 000 producteurs de cacao.
