Détenue majoritairement (75 %) par Heineken International B.V. avec 25 % d'actionnaires publics bahamiens, CBL est devenue cotée en bourse en 2011. Elle distribue plus de 70 étiquettes de boissons à travers les Bahamas à travers 52 points de vente.
