Les années 2009 et 2010 ont été consacrées à la planification et aux travaux préparatoires de la prochaine usine de production de préformes. Au cours des trois premiers trimestres 2011, la planification du financement et de l'approbation nécessaire pour le nouveau hall de production a été abordée. En novembre 2011, le premier coup de pioche pour la construction du hall de production a eu lieu. Parallèlement, deux nouveaux systèmes pour la production de préformes PET ont été commandés auprès de Husky.
