What is established and what is not
No researcher review has been written for this company yet. 7 official records from 4 official sources are on file. 1 other entry is not an official record: our own technical checks and searches, open directory listings, our inferences or the company's own statements. Everything is listed below with its evidence type: each entry confirms only what it literally says; none of them is a review. Nothing here confirms manufacturing, ownership or trading status beyond what each record literally says.
Facts on file, each with its evidence type
- Website domain registered (record type: domain-registered) [our own observation, not an official record; status green] Shows how long this web address has been registered. That is the age of the domain, not of the company: a domain can change owners. checked 2026-08-23. Domain registry record
- EAEU product declaration on record, company's role not established (record type: eaeu-product-declaration-party; this record does not by itself establish manufacturing) [official record; status green] An official EAEU register holds a declaration for specific goods that names this company; the record we hold does not say in which role (manufacturer, applicant or representative). It shows those products may be sold on the EAEU market, not a general quality mark. Paste the document number into the register search to see the record. checked 2026-08-16. EAEU unified register of certificates and declarations
- Legal entity ID lapsed (record type: lei-lapsed) [official record; status amber] The global finance identifier was not renewed. This does not mean the company closed. checked 2026-08-23. GLEIF global LEI register (golden copy)
- Street address on file in the state register (record type: registered-address) [official record; status green] Registered address: Pihtisulunkatu 3, 33330 Tampere. The address the company itself gave the register, so post and inspectors reach it there. checked 2026-08-14. Finnish Patent and Registration Office, Trade Register (PRH/YTJ open data)
- Registry ID checks out with the state register (record type: registry-id-verified) [official record; status green] Helps confirm the company on this page is the same legal entity as in the register. checked 2026-10-16. Finnish Patent and Registration Office, Trade Register (PRH/YTJ open data)
- Legally registered and still active (record type: registry-active-global) [official record; status green] Shows the register lists the registration as active on the date we read it. It does not show how busy the business is. checked 2026-10-16. Finnish Patent and Registration Office, Trade Register (PRH/YTJ open data)
- Line of business as recorded in the state register: Manufacture of furniture (record type: registry-activity) [official record; status green] Line of business as recorded in the state register: Manufacture of furniture. Shows what the state itself says the company does, which you can compare with what it promises you. checked 2026-10-16. Finnish Patent and Registration Office, Trade Register (PRH/YTJ open data)
- Active taxpayer registration (record type: tax-filing-active) [official record; status green] Registered as an active taxpayer. This is a tax registration status, not accounts: it shows no revenue or profit. checked 2026-10-16. Finnish Tax Administration, public corporate tax data 2024 (Verohallinto)
Relationships
1 relationship(s) on file. Each line names the other party, the relationship as its source records it, and the source. A record of a relationship is not a finding about control beyond what it literally says.

Import rules for these goods
- Upcoming, not yet applicable on 2026-10-23: If the goods are made of wood, placing them on the EU market falls under the Deforestation Regulation (EUDR): the operator files a due-diligence statement with geolocation of the wood's origin; furniture not made of wood is outside it. The EU Deforestation Regulation applies to large and medium operators from 30 December 2026 and to micro and small operators from 30 June 2027; due-diligence intensity depends on the risk level the Commission assigns to the country of production. European Commission (EUDR)
- Consumer goods sold in the EU fall under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, applies since 13 Dec 2024): a responsible person in the EU is mandatory. EUR-Lex: Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR)
