Assoprol is a Cosenza-based Calabrian olive oil producer and cooperative representing olive growers from the Calabria region of southern Italy, one of Italy's most important olive-growing territories. The cooperative produces Calabrian DOP extra-virgin olive oil in both conventional and certified organic formats, bottling under cooperative and private-label brands for specialty food retailers, Italian food importers, and premium grocery buyers. Organic EU certification supports placement in organic food channels in Germany, France, the UK, the United States, and Belgium.
